Smoothie Recipes

Hello everyone! We've been absent on the blog for quite a while but we promise we have some good things in store for you! Today, as promised, we are sharing some smoothie recipes that we happen to love!

Strawberry Chia Smoothie

  • A couple of frozen strawberries
  • Water 
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Honey, Maple Syrup, or Agave Nectar
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Blend it all up (we use our single serving Ninja cups) and enjoy! This one is Kalina's favorite! This one is super simple and healthy. This one in particular is so refreshing and you can have it for breakfast or in the afternoon for a little refresher after a long day!

Fruit Smoothie

  • Your favorite frozen fruit (we love using frozen strawberries, mango, or blueberries)
  • Water or orange juice
  • 2-3 spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
This smoothie is great for breakfast! It is nutritious and keeps you full until lunchtime! Many people's main concern with smoothies is that they wont be filling enough for breakfast but smoothies are so versatile that if you want a filling smoothie, you can make one! The spinach in this smoothie is an amazing addition because you can hardly even taste it and spinach has countless health benefits!

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter (almond butter is a great alternative as well)
  • Oats
  • Soy milk or almond milk
  • A drizzle of honey (for added sweetness)
  • Cinnamon
This is a very filling smoothie for sure and is perfect for those who are looking for something sweet! This smoothie is a treat for the taste buds and is a perfect alternative to eating dessert. You can enjoy this smoothie in the morning, as a snack, or even as a dessert! YUM!


Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

  • Orange juice
  • Frozen Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
Smoothies can be for dessert? This is definitely a healthier alternative to any cold dessert craving and with its creamy, smooth texture, this smoothie is hard to resist!

  1. This is actually so helpful! I really need to start making smoothies to drink in the mornings. I think I can manage to blend one up quickly in the morning without having to worry about being late to work!
